We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return the original item following our return process. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds
